The season is very short, so we try to fill the available capacities as optimally as possible. Therefore, we also ask you, dear guests, to set a reservation date that will certainly suit you, because subsequent changes are very unlikely.

However, if for any reason you are unable to come, you can cancel your reservation free of charge 60 days before arrival. In that case, we will refund the advance payment within 7 days.

If the cancellation occurs later, please inform us as soon as possible before the planned arrival, and if we manage to replace your canceled date with another guest, we will refund the advance payment, otherwise, unfortunately not.

In order to ensure a pleasant stay and to avoid any misunderstandings, please familiarize yourself with the house rules.

• Accommodation is available from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Staying in the apartment after 10:00 AM unconditionally entails payment for another day without the possibility of further stay in the accommodation unit.
• Upon arrival, briefly hand over your ID card or passport at the reception, where the tourist tax is paid
• Your ID document will be returned to you after you have registered in the Guest Book and registered with the Tourist Board, and no later than 24 hours.
• The price for using the house for the entire contracted period is charged on the first day of your stay
• If you decide to terminate your contracted stay earlier, you are obliged to pay the entire reservation.
• Guests are responsible for their own behavior in the mobile home. In the event of any accident, they bear the consequences themselves.
• The mobile home is thoroughly cleaned and decorated by the host at each guest change. Garbage bags and toilet paper for the first day are left to the guests upon arrival, and the guest provides the rest.
• During their stay, guests maintain the cleanliness of the mobile home themselves, and at the end of their stay, they are obliged to hand it over in the same condition as they found it upon arrival: clean, tidy, and undamaged.
• The guest is responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation and is obliged to maintain it. The host is not obliged to maintain the accommodation during the guest's stay in the accommodation.
• When leaving the mobile home, you are obliged to take out all the food you brought with you. Do not leave it in the refrigerator, kitchen or other rooms.
• Night rest lasts from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. During this time, it is prohibited to make noise, disturb the peace, and disturb other guests.
• We ask guests to turn off the lights, turn off electrical appliances and close all taps before leaving the cottage.
• Guests are required to take care of the belongings and valuables that they leave in the mobile home. The owner is not responsible for their possible disappearance.
• The owner does not have the right to enter the accommodation while the guests are absent, except in special cases when entry is necessary to prevent possible damage or danger. In such cases, the owner is required to inform the guests about entering the mobile home upon first meeting.
• We accept small pets up to 5 kg.
• During their stay, guests can use the outdoor barbecue, but they must provide their own charcoal. After using the barbecue, clean it out of consideration for other users. We also ask you to be careful when handling the barbecue so that the embers do not get outside and do not cause an unwanted fire.
• Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, but not in the rooms; please take into account the possible risk of fire.

The house rules are an integral part of the rental. The guest is required to read the house rules at the beginning of the rental and sign them as a sign of agreement. If the house rules are not signed, and if the guest pays the deposit or confirms it, it is considered that he has read the house rules and accepts them. For non-compliance with the house rules, the owner has the right to unconditionally cancel the accommodation of the guests, and in such case, the money will not be refunded. By starting to use the accommodation, it is understood that the guest is familiar with the house rules and agrees to the obligations and conditions stated in the house rules.
